We accept foreign orders and ship all over the world. First order establishes your account, no need to transmit credit card more than once. Just append your Account Code to the order. Our computer will know who you are. How to search our Product-Finder There are two selection boxes, PRODUCT and MFG. Use the pull down tab to see the available selections. Make your Product and Manufacturer selection and click on FIND. The products available will be presented in the left hand frame. Click on the item you need. A detailed description, part number, price and photo (if available) will pop up in the main frame. Fill in the QUANTITY desired and click on "Place Item In Cart". The item will be placed in your shopping cart. At this point you have the option to Checkout or Continue Shopping. To continue, just do another search, or click on a new item in the left hand frame, or press, CONTINUE SHOPPING. To Checkout, just click on CHECKOUT and fill in the required information.
We have a shopping cart on our site for placing orders. When you see a QUANTITY box and the "Place Item In Cart" button under a catalog item, simply fill in the quantity and click on "Place Item In Cart". Then if you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. If you are not finished shopping, select another item or click on a menu category in the left hand frame. When you select CHECKOUT you will finalize your order by filling in the Shipping and Billing addresses and your credit card information. When finished select SUBMITT SECURE ORDER. If you don't want to put your credit card on the checkout form, just put "on file" or "call me" in place of the credit card number.
There is a minimum charge of $5.00 for all orders. Normal delivery is by UPS Ground. From our Michigan location it will take 3 days for a package to reach the East coast or Gulf coast and 5 days to reach the West coast. For States adjacent to Michigan like Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin it will take 2 days. Michigan and Northwestern Ohio is next day. These are typical delivery times, not a guarantee. UPS is capable of taking 5 days to deliver a package to Ohio. Canadian orders go via US Air Mail and take between a week and 10 days to arrive. Foreign orders take about 10 days, depending on the destination. If you need Next Day (UPS Red) or Second Day (UPS Blue) service, let us know by calling us or putting a comment on your order. Call or email us for exact shipping costs. We will ship by any method you specify. If you want us to use your UPS or Federal Express account, just let us know.
Our order form is secure. This page has the solid key indicating that everything coming and going is secure. No one can eves drop on what you are doing and they can not intercept your credit card number. We are encrypted with 128 bit technology the same as used by ATM machines and banks. There is a great deal of concern about sending credit card info across the Internet. Our order form is "Secure". Before the information leaves your computer it is encrypted using a 128 bit algorithm with Secure Socket Layer technology. It works with all browsers, not just Netscape. This makes it impossible for anyone to intercept your credit card info. It is more secure than giving your card info over the telephone. Note some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer only use 40 bit encryption. This is also quite safe. Watch for the "Security Key" or "Locked Padlock" at the bottom of your screen. When it is solid or locked this tells you that your transactions are being encrypted for security. You may also get a browser message saying you are entering and leaving a secure area. These can be turned off if desired on your Browser preferences.

The cleanest way to order is by using our secure Shopping Cart that is built into the web pages.
If none of our listed designs meet your requirments, give us a call at 248-814-9398. We will work with you to design the cover that you need. There is no charge for Design Assistance. Custom covers do not cost more than the standard ones, we do not charge for tooling, molds or our design time. However, if you order just one you will be subject to our $10 minimum charge. The only tax we add to an invoice is Michigan Sales Tax. If you are not a resident of Michigan, there is no sales tax added to your order. On Foreign orders we do not add Duty, VAT or GST to the invoice. This is your responsibility. Each country is different.
If you think your shipment is lost, call us and we will give you the UPS Ground Tracking numbers. These numbers can be input on the UPS web site to give exact information about when the package was delivered and who signed for it.

We ship our products all over the world. The normal carrier is the US Postal Service. UPS, FED-X, DHL, AirBorne and other carriers are available on request. We do not invoice you for duty or taxes, they are your responsibility. If you request it, we will mark the package as a gift and mail the invoice to you. Sometimes this helps reduce the duty and taxes. Packages going to South America, Central America, Mexico, Asia, Russia, India and the Mid East are insured or registered. This is to make sure that they arrive with out being diverted or confiscated. It may take a day or two longer, but it is safer. Shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the package. Email us for a quote. For orders over $500 US, we require that the funds be wire transferred to our bank. Please email or call for the bank routing and account numbers. All foreign orders paid by credit card must have the same billing and shipping address. We will not ship to one country and bill to another. There is too much credit card fraud out there. If this is a problem for you, we will accept payment by wire transfer to our bank. Email us for the bank routing numbers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover or payment by check from anywhere around the world. All checks must be in US funds and drawn against a US Bank. We can ship COD from Lake Orion to locations in the USA. We can not ship COD outside of the USA. We also can not ship from our warehouse locations if a drop ship is required. There is an additional charge of $5.00 for a COD shipment. For school systems, Universities, large corporations and Government agencies we will accept purchase orders. We must have an official, signed off, copy of the PO faxed or mailed to us before we can ship. Terms on shipments against a purchase order are Net 30, FOB Lake Orion, MI.
Normally we ship the same day you place your order. However, there are times when we don't have the item you need on the shelf. Our stock is replenished every three days. If you are in a rush and can't afford any delay, ask us to drop ship the item for you. We can arrange next day and second day shipment if required. When you press the "Submit Secure Order" button on the Shopping cart order form, you get back an immediate confirmation that we have received the order. Print a copy of this for your records. If you don't get this message, then something is wrong, try again. Please don't send us multiple orders for the same item. When we ship your order we will send you an email giving the ship date and estimated arrival date. If you didn't include your email address in the order you will not get an email confirmation of shipment. For the best service, always include your email address on the order form.
