The Computer Covers shown here are the covers that were sold by Datacover Inc several years ago. They were primarily for IBM Computer equipment. This equipment may not be in use any longer, however, since there were so many covers, and a great number of customers, we thought you should know that these Datacovers are still available.

RAMAC DASD Array Covers

3172 Controller

One of our newest cover designs protects the power switch on the 3172 Controller unit. Velcro® on the left and right secures this Datacover to the unit.

DC3274 Controller Cover

The control panel on the IBM 3274 Communications Controller will receive protection with this Datacover. The product has a right angle design to conform with the panel and attaches securely with Velcro®. A stacked version of this cover is also available.

3880 Disk Drive Controller Cover

Secure the sensitive switches on the IBM 3880 Disk Drive Controller. The cover has a turned up edge to provide easy removal. Attachment to the unit is provided with Velcro® strips on the top and the bottom. this Datacover is also available in the hinged version.

Cable Covers

The workstation cables that exit from the back of your IBM System are covered with this product. The cable cover will improve the appearance of your installation and help prevent accidental disconnection or other damage. Custom sizes are available for all IBM computers, use the Design Your Own Page for measuring instructions.

3380 Disk Drive Covers

There are two Datacovers for the IBM 3380 series Disk Drives A, D, E, K, and J Models. The DC3380D secures the front panel controls. The DC3380A protects the emergency power controls. These Datacovers are also available in the hinged configuration.

To order your AS/400 Datacovers, specify the IBM component model number to be covered. The Datacovers go by the same part number.

Datacovers for RS 6000 Rack Series

We have Datacovers for your rack based systems. Shown on the right is the DC7015 Key & Reset Switch Cover. Velcro® attaches the cover securely at the top and bottom. Use the DC9309 for the Rack Power Switch.

IBM 9404 and 9402 Covers

Accidents do happen. An entire system can go down in an instant. So why risk someone bumping into a power switch or IML button? Datacover makes a cover to protect the important switches and controls on your 9404 and 9402 AS/400's.

Our new DC9404-2 cover is made from acrylic plastic. It has four sides to keeps curious fingers from sneaking in for the fatal push. There is Velcro® on the top and bottom so it can be easily removed and replaced during normal operations. The cover is designed so the key can be left in place.

The DC9404-1 is for systems having an 8" diskette drive. The DC-SS is for the EPO switch on the expansion chassis and the DC9404 covers just the control panel and not the EPO switch.

Digital Computer Covers

SA Storage Array

The DCSA600 protects 2 Disk Drives mounted side by side on the SA600 enclosure. The same cover is used for a pair of RA90's or RA70's. This Datacover will also work on an SA650 or SA550 Mixed Technology Storage Array. Order a single DCRA90 or DCRA70 if you have an odd number of disk drives in your Storage Array.

Microvax & PDP-11 Covers

Prevent accidental shutdown on MacroVAX and PDP-11 computers mounted in the BA123 Enclusure by using our DCVAX Datacovers. The covers are made from 1/8" acrylic with Velcro® strips along the sides that attach the cover to the equipment.

RA90 Disk Drive Cover

	This clear Datacover fits over the controls on the RA90 Disk Drive. The design of this product is also compatible with the MicroVax 3600 and 3900 Systems as well as the Vax CPU family. Velcro® attachment is notched along the top edge to provide visual access to the important lighted window area.
	RA81 Disk Drive Cover Datacover protection on your Digital Drives can prevent service interruption and loss of data. The RA81 Disk Drive cover fits the RA60, RA80, RA82, RK06, RK07, RM80, 3044, 3480, and 3602 Disk Drives. All are the same size to provide a look of continuity in your computer room. They are available in clear or smoked acrylic plastic. An area of 7-1/2" by 3-1/2" is protected by the RA81 design.
SA482 Storage Array Affordable protection can be obtained for your SA482 with this Datacover. It is very similar in design to our RA81 cover. Attachment is achieved with two Velcro® strips along the top and bottom edges. One cover is required for each drive in your array.
